Investigation of molecular chains structure of polyimide Langmuir–Blodgett films by atomic force microscopy*

Atomic force microscopy was applied to investigate the microscopic molecular structures of polyimide Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) films. The polyimide chains of a monolayer film on graphite were observed.
