正在Purex流程铀钚分离循环中,需将Pu(Ⅳ)还原到Pu(Ⅲ),以达到铀、钚分离的目的。目前后处理厂常用U(Ⅳ)还原Pu(Ⅳ),所使用的U(Ⅳ)是由电解还原U(Ⅵ)而来。U(Ⅳ)和U(Ⅵ)的含量直接关系Pu(Ⅳ)的还原效率,决定铀、钚的分离效果,因此需要对制备U(Ⅳ)的1BX工艺中的U(Ⅳ)、
