Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-a and interleukin-1b synthesis by thromboxane A2 in nonadherent human monocytes.

Synthesis of TNF-alpha and IL-1beta, by monocytes/macrophages can be partially regulated by the eicosanoid, PGE2.
