The reaction conditions of HCHO/NAD+/formaldehyde dehydrogenase catalytic system were studied.The spectrophotometry method for determination of HCHO was developed.The results showed that at temperature 35℃,pH7.0,after reacting 15 minutes,the products of catalytic system exhibited maximum absorption at 340nm,the linear range for determination of HCHO was found to be 0.01452～0.2904μmol/mL with a cor…
