Dual Watermarking Algorithm Based on DCT and SVD

Proposes a new watermarking algorithm for digital image based on DCT and SVD.After block DCT transformation,uses a parameter to quantize the middle-frequency coefficients.Based on block SVD,two random sequences is embeded into singular values of every block,realizes dual watermarking.The experiment shows that the dual watermarking system can indicate and verify the ownership.
